About Griffin
We fell in love with Griffin the moment we saw him walk out of his crate after his journey from Eastern Canada.
We are so thrilled to start proving Griffin out over the next few years. His dam, Maxie (EX 90), took Grand Champion in 2017 at the Canadian East National Show. His full sister, Ashley, is a well known powerhouse milker with a lovely mammary system who classified a VG 86 as a second freshener. His sire, Magic Mike, has produced many impressive daughters and his paternal granddam, Sionainn, LA'd VEEE 91 in 2017.
Griffin's daughter, Hilda, freshened for the first time in winter of 2022 here at Key Hill and we could not be happier with what we saw! Hilda earned her milk star as a FF milking an impressive 5.73 lbs on her 1 day milk test. We've retained 5 of Griffin's daughters from our 2022 crop of kids.
*Note* Griffin was ill from Fall of 2021 to Summer of 2022. We have been working hard to get weight back onto him, but his weight loss is quite noticeable in his 2022 photo. We should have him back up to his normal weight soon!
